Hey,
Was trying to get secret histories on audio... all i can find is book 3 on audible.co.uk but not any of the others.

Any one know of a site that i can find the others?

Cheers

There you go;

http://www.castlibrary.com/audio_books/ ... unabridged

They have 4 in total.

No idea why audible.co.uk is only carrying book 4! Seems an odd choice...

According to the US audible.com site, books 1-3 were produced by Audible Frontiers, and book 4 by Recorded Books, perhaps there's some issue with international licensing that prevents Audible from distributing them all overseas? Recorded Books has book 5 slated for a mid-September release.

On a side note, the Secret Histories audiobooks are a bit of a let down. The narrator for book 1-2 was kind of flat, book 3 had a different and uninterested narrator, but book 4 was slightly better done with yet another narrator. Recorded Books has the same narrator for book 5 as book 4, so hopefully we'll see the quality improve going forward.

Although, to be fair, the bar for SRG audiobooks was set pretty high by Marc Vietor with the Nightside novels, so maybe my expectations are pretty high...

Just wanted to add my praise for Gideon Emery here. I've been very impressed by his reading of the books. I was a bit unnerved by the change (and you should see the debacle that caused over in the Dresden Files), but I rate Emery much higher than the previous readers.

Ohh I'd forgotten about this. I'll have to give it a download once Ghost of a Smile is available on Audible as well.

Book 6 "Live and Let Drood" is available as well. Here's a link to it from Amazon's site, but I always go through audible.com for purchase (can't access it from my current location to provide a link unfortunately):

So I'm a gamer, and purchased the new Diablo 3 expansion pack and created the new "Crusader" character on launch. Much to my surprise the voice actor for the male crusader is Gideon Emery! It was the way he said "cart" that got me suspicious, and I was pleased as punch once I saw the credit. Small world. :geek:
