Well, "technically" Walker didn't die in "The Good, the Bad, and the Uncanny", he just fell into a really big hole. I imagine he could be brought back the same way Mab was.

Neeeed moar spoilers. :) Perhaps a new spoiler thread for the book needs to be created? I've managed to find the last line of the book, and some spoilers through tvtropes. :lol:

I second that, I usually read the books like the pulp fiction film, its not how it ends its the journey!
