Well, "technically" Walker didn't die in "The Good, the Bad, and the Uncanny", he just fell into a really big hole. I imagine he could be brought back the same way Mab was.

I don't read Simon's books for the surprises, but for the way he tells the stories.

I second that, I usually read the books like the pulp fiction film, its not how it ends its the journey!
