I've just had this flagged to me by Amazon UK, with no summary or synopsis:

It's not even laugh worthy that the cover art is STILL wrong. More just eye rolling...

this should be the last one... really can't wait. Loved the books so far, actually more than the Secret Histories and maybe even the latest Nightside novels.

Begs the question, 'do publishers read their work before buying the art?'...

I'm so behind on Ghost Finders, I still haven't read the previous one XD
I really need to start catching up.

Mind you, after I manage to fight through editing the next edition of BCM (my laptop is dead, oh boy) I'll have a whole month (waiting for windows 10 to be released before I buy a new one) in which there won't be editting and plenty of time to read :D

Finished the book a couple days ago. Was sad how it ended, but also very well done. Hope to see more of JC in Night's Fall!

Bert asked me why I have still not caught up with Ghost Finders (last one I read was book 4) so that got me thinking.
I suppose that the main reason is: because it's so bleak. Even with the Nightside, the Droods or heck, Ishamael Jones, you can see that something resembling a happy ending is in the cards for the characters if they wanted to work towards it.
Ghost Finders is basically Beyond Aukfontain without the wise lesson build into the book XD
(other than: don't muck around with ouji boards and seances I mean, and leave ghosts and ancient deities etc alone, but that should be common sense really :P)

I am about to finish it, so I am prepared for the worst... but you know, the fact that the characters are so vulnerable makes the series so much more exiting... I am gonna miss it, although Ishmael Jones sounds like a worthy successor
