The missus deciphered the dedication!

"From the dark, fetid heart of the Nightside

Where the sun has never shone."

Cheers Simon!!!

Hum... I only read one of the dedications and that was fairly readable, but I don't know if that was the first one Simon did or the 12th !

I'll have him do them in batches in future, but yeah, his writing isn't the clearest, sorry guys. . .

Oh, I wasn't complaining; I was just amused by finding someone with worse handwriting than mine.

The book will make a nice addition to my collection. And today I spent this month's Audible credit on the audio book.

I'm so jealous I can hardly wait for them to come in, but then I have to make a 120mile ~3,500KM(I'm not 100% on the conversion but its pretty close to that I'm sure) trip to my friends to give him his.

(1.6km to the mile, roughly. 120 miles = 192km, or thereabouts. 3,500km = 2,187.5 miles, roughly.)

I missed the humour, because my maths is actually that bad (so bad, in fact, that my PC keyboard has a calculator built into it!)

Yeah I'm pretty aware of the MI=KM conversion simply because while I know/care nothing about cars I absolutely love Top Gear.

Got my book in the mail yesterday, woohoo!
"Its always darker in the Nightside"

Thanks again Steve for organizing this! I'm going to miss the Nightside, but it definitely has gone out on a high note.
