So I started watching Red Dwarf, I was told I should watch this some years ago and am just now getting around to it. So far I'm honestly a bit unimpressed. Has anyone seen this and is it worth sticking with? On a different note I did just finish The IT Crowd about a week ago and it was one of the funniest things I've ever seen, I know that Chris O'Dowd is getting a little more main stream in Americian media but does anyone know if there is something similiar to The IT Crowd I've been missing?

There's nothing that I can think of that's like the IT Crowd, it's unique !

The first couple of series of Red Dwarf suffer from that old British TV problem, lack of funds!

I've got all the series and love them (apart from maybe the last one made by Dave!).

Red Dwarf is classic British comedy. Somewhat dated now.

Even the lack of funding gave it a certain appeal.
