Will there be more Hawk and Fisher in the future?

I just read the two omnibuses, I thoroughly enjoyed them.

No plans as such, sorry.

There's a hope for a third Bluemoon book. But it's down to what the publisher thinks will sell !

Much as I liked the H&F books I hope it doesn't happen. They came full circle. They had a wonderful wrap-up ending.

Sorry, I should have said. It'll be set in the Bluemoon world but some very many years after H&F. While there will be some of the same characters H&F won't be there (unless Simon changes his mind!)...

"Blue Moon Rising" is one of the best epic fantasy I have ever read, maybe even the best one...

I can honestly say Hawk and Fisher are one of the few series I've read more that once. Seems like I pick them up again about every 3-4 years. I for one would love to see a few more in the series.

Nice to know you like the series so much. I have series I keep coming back to as well, something in them just speaks to you. . .

The problem with H&F is that Simon feels he's gone just about afar as he can with them.
Their story, if you like, is at an end...

We've all read series that go on and on and on... and you end up just giving up and that weakens the whole thing.

There is the possibility of a third Blue Moon book, Simon was only talking about it a couple of weeks back. But it's down to the publisher. Simon's not at the level where he can just write what he wants, the publisher has to be able to see a market for it...

Any chance Hawk and Fisher might make a substantial visit (more than just a passing reference) to the Nightside or the Drood books?

Well, the next Nightside (12) is the last one, so chances are no, sorry.

Book 6 of SH is completed and (as far as I know) they're not in that.

The next (and last) Bluemoon book is being plotted and I think they may play a part in that.
